As a key member of our multidisciplinary IBD program, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated clinical support team and collaborate with a highly collegial group of GI specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to patients with IBD, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of the condition.
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team, including an IBD-focused nurse navigator, pharmacist, and Nurse Practitioner collaborator.
- Work closely with colorectal surgery, GI pathology, and GI radiology teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in clinical research and education initiatives to advance the field of IBD.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for IBD care.
