Job Overview

**Behavioral Therapist Opportunity**

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our behavioral team to provide support to students with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to support students with behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with behavioral challenges.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • **Education and Licensure**
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst License
  • **Experience**
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavioral Therapist or related field
  • **Skills**
    • Expertise in behavioral therapy and behavioral interventions
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
