">Job OverviewRole and Responsibilities

The Rigorous Learning Experience Specialist will plan and deliver engaging and rigorous lessons according to students' needs and provided curriculum. This includes maintaining a positive, safe, and organized learning environment, implementing school-wide student management policies, and making parental contact when necessary. The ideal candidate will also partner with YDS for individualized coordination of school-wide programs and services for each student.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Connecticut certified (034) or in process of obtaining a certification
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
  • Two years of teaching experience preferred with a proven record of high student achievement
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $55,000-$60,000 per year.
