Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably, adhering to professional standards and legal requirements.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients, utilizing the nursing process.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
