About the Role
The Speech Therapist will be responsible for performing initial evaluations, developing care plans, and completing daily documentation. They will also serve as a consultant to other departments and participate in discharge planning sessions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, and appreciate realistic needs.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program, active Minnesota Department of Health Speech Therapist License, and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association certification. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are required.
