Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Organize the dish room and maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Haul kitchen trash and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
