Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team at TOCA USA. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for youth soccer players
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions
  • Assess player skills and develop personalized training plans
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in youth soccer
  • USSF or NSCAA coaching certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with players of varying skill levels and ages
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
