Job Title: HVACR Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVACR Technician to join our team at Perpetual Labor Sourcing. As an HVACR Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in various commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure HVACR systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing HVACR systems.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration units, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining work performed, and offering recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
Qualifications:
  • EPA Certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HVACR systems in a commercial setting.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in HVACR work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
