Salary

We offer competitive pay rates, with the potential to earn up to $22 per hour. This includes base pay ranging from $13 to $17 per hour, as well as bonus pay opportunities that can increase earnings to between $18 and $22 per hour on average.

Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver for Papa Inc., your duties may include:

  • Transportation: Providing safe and reliable transportation for clients to appointments, errands, or other destinations.
  • Companionship: Engaging in enriching conversations, going for walks, playing games, or simply being present for clients who value social interaction.
  • Household Tasks: Assisting clients with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household needs to ensure their living space remains comfortable and secure.
  • Errands: Accompanying clients on errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other tasks that require assistance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid U.S.-issued driver's license
  • Pass a background check with no felonies
  • Demonstrate a caring, patient, and reliable personality
  • Have authorization to work in the United States
  • Maintain a clean and dependable vehicle (minimum year 2008) and possess valid car insurance (if applying for transportation visits)
