Cardiovascular Intensive Care Professional

We are seeking experienced Clinical Care Specialists to join our dynamic team in the CVICU at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the success of our unit.
Compensation PackageThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and education assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments: Perform ongoing systematic assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and coordinate services.
- Empower patients and families: Provide tailored education to empower patients and families to manage their health and make informed decisions.
- Nursing Degree: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program or completion of a KP CV Critical Care Training Program within the past 12 months.
- Clinical Experience: One year recent (within the last 3 years) experience in a Cardiovascular ICU or in a Critical Care unit caring for post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse License (California).
