About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at KVC Health Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents being served by our organization. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, including hospital liaisons, schools, mental health centers, and community organizations, to address individual client needs.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution. A valid professional license issued by the state is also required, along with a minimum of one year of supervised experience in providing individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents.

Benefits and Compensation

This rewarding role comes with a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, depending on education and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, free dental insurance, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, paid parental leave, 403(b) retirement plan, professional license renewal and CEU reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and a paid time off (PTO) plan.
