POSITION OVERVIEW
The Telecommunications Specialist is responsible for managing and processing all incoming calls through the PBX system, adhering to established protocols. This role emphasizes exceptional hospitality and telephone etiquette at all times. The agent is tasked with responding to calls, documenting guest requests, and diligently working towards resolution. Proactive engagement with guests is essential, including the promotion of additional services. The agent must effectively coordinate responses to guest inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to all organizational policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, safety risks, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications; ensure proper storage of hazardous materials.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance; uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests in line with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist guests with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others; collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Exhibit a strong focus on customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
