We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Service Support Field Advisor. This role is an evergreen job posting, allowing us to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Role Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Support Field Advisor to serve as the on-site liaison between our Centralized Service Support Operations Center and on-site Service Center Operations. As the end-to-end point of contact for Rivian owners and fleet companies, you will provide assistance with vehicle education, charging, and connectivity questions, as well as roadside or servicing/repair of their Rivian vehicle.

Responsibilities
• Act as the on-site liaison between the centralized Service Support Operations Center and Service Center Front of House operations.
• Provide on-site, end-to-end support for Rivian owners and fleet companies, addressing their vehicle concerns and determining the best servicing solution.
• Utilize strong listening and comprehension skills to triage situations, document vehicle concerns, and determine the best course of action.
• Collaborate with the Remote Diagnostic Team to diagnose and repair complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Enthusiasm and passion for Rivian and electric vehicles.
• Empathy, sincerity, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and probing skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve a common goal.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays, with additional flexibility during busier times of the year or when necessitated by business/weather conditions.
