Expert Dewatering and Construction specializes in Commercial construction and is now expanding into commercial build-outs, renovations, and real estate. Since we are expanding the field of construction, we are seeking hardworking, dependable, and knowledgeable staff to join our team.

About the Role:

This position includes managing commercial construction projects, overseeing multiple sites, and leading a team of experts to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage contracts for both private and public projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure all construction work is performed in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • 15 years verifiable experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial construction.
  • Proven expertise in managing both public and private contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in estimating and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management process, software, and tools.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
