This is a travel contract opportunity that offers a unique chance to work with a diverse patient population and gain valuable experience in a dynamic SNF setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient progress and independence
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
  • Active state license to practice physical therapy
  • At least one year of recent experience in an SNF setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
