We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Management Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing technical manuals and blueprints to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports as needed to inform management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and other documentation to inform maintenance activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
