Job Overview

This role involves guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service, conducting market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends, scheduling and conducting property showings, open houses, and tours, negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms, preparing and presenting detailed property listings with photos and pricing, and collaborating with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings with photos and pricing.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients. Experience in real estate or a related field is essential, as is knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
