Bethesda Country Club is seeking a
Bartending Professional to serve at our Poolside Bar throughout the summer season, with potential advancement to a Restaurant Bartender role as the season concludes.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a vibrant environment.

• Welcome members with enthusiasm and warmth
• Process orders accurately
• Prepare beverages following established recipes
• Serve food and drinks to members and guests on the pool deck and at bar tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, pool deck, and service stations
• Demonstrate quick thinking and positive reactions to various situations with tact, creativity, and integrity
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
• Must be at least 21 years old and available for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
