TURQUOISE PLACE FRONT DESK AGENT

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional first impression of our renowned customer service to guests. We seek motivated individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding hospitality by warmly welcoming guests to our resort and offering essential information for a memorable getaway. Your responsibilities will encompass checking guests in and out, addressing inquiries related to the resort, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare arrival documentation, including key packets and other necessary materials.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process while sharing valuable resort and local insights.
  • Assist guests in resolving issues and concerns effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide assistance with reservation inquiries.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning specific property management systems.
  • Self-driven with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk role is advantageous.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to bend, kneel, and stoop as necessary.
  • Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
