  • Develop detailed documentation for system configurations and user interfaces.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to system users.
  • Monitor user performance until support is effectively transitioned.

Communication:

  • Engage with clients regarding workflows through various communication channels.
  • Notify clients of critical production issues that may impact their operations.
  • Report significant production concerns to management.
  • Maintain high standards of professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Achieve consistently high ratings on client satisfaction assessments.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all client inquiries in line with communication policies.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Production Management:

  • Oversee daily production activities for assigned clients.
  • Ensure timely processing of batches and claims, avoiding technical delays.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java programming.
  • Experience with Unix-like operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of relational database management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical aptitude.
  • Organizational capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Effective time management skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the technologies mentioned above.
