Welding Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Foreman to join our team at Aerotek. As a Welding Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our welding processes, supervising a team of welders, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of welders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in welding and supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
