  • Treasury Management
    • Assume responsibility for effective and timely performance of assigned functions for the department.
    • Coordinate and prepare various Treasury management duties and responsibilities.
    • Supervise staff relating to support of Treasury management products and services.
  • Customer Service
    • Establish and maintain professional business relations with external customers and internal customers.
    • Resolve questions and address requests promptly, accurately, and courteously.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage team through training, developing, and coaching associates on a consistent basis.
    • Encourage others to set challenging goals and high standards of performance.
    • Inspire associates to define new opportunities and continuously improve the organization.
Requirements
  • Education/Certification
    • College preferred.
  • Required Knowledge
    • General banking knowledge, Treasury Management knowledge desired.
  • Experience Required
    • 1-3 years banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience.
  • Skills/Abilities
    • Accurate and attentive to detail.
    • Supervision skills/experience.
    • Well organized.
    • Ability to assist others.
    • Able to use PC, calculator, phone, and all related business equipment.
    • Strong communication skills.
Working Conditions

Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
40 hours
