About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Liberty, MO. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing patients, diagnosing disorders, and providing treatment to improve swallowing and speaking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Counsel individuals and their families on ways to support treatment plans
  • Update patient records according to departmental processes
Requirements
  • Current Missouri license
  • Advanced degree from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
