Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee critical initiatives aimed at implementing and refining ERP system foundations within the organization, focusing on key areas such as Financials, Billing, Pricing, and Invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage ERP implementation and improvement projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, formalize, and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timeline, and costs.
  • Validate that requirements are accurately documented and endorsed by project sponsors.
  • Communicate project updates to diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication of project status.
  • Provide clear project budget development and guidance on CAPEX vs OPEX line items for expense and capitalization.
Requirements
  • Eight or more years of experience managing successful ERP projects (Financials, CRM, and/or Supply Chain) from business case to post go live support with substantial remote work.
  • Critical knowledge of complex product and services pricing and billing scenarios is required.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
  • Ability to determine and apply the optimal project management framework (methodology and quantity) to your projects based on scope, stakeholders, and corporate culture.
  • PMP Certification requested. Background in Aviation a plus.
