Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About You

">
  • You will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience in a senior living community, preferably with a valid Adult Basic First Aid and CPR Certification.
">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Attend to the personal care needs of residents in a timely manner.
  • Document and report care provided and resident observations.
  • Perform vital signs and heights and weights.
  • Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Reports changes in resident status, health, or otherwise to supervisor.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of infection control and universal precautions.
  • Provide information, encourage, and participate with residents in activity-focused programs.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
">

Work Environment

">
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances.
