Travel Neurology RN Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Neurology RN to join our team at Focus Staff. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, including hospitals and healthcare facilities in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary

This travel neurology RN position is a 13-week contract assignment, working 3x12 night shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Neuro RN and be certified in neurology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with nursing leadership, and collaborating with neuro/neurosurgery physicians and extenders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily oversight and management of the neuro-patient population
  • Work closely with nursing leadership to facilitate high-quality patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with neuro/neurosurgery physicians and extenders
  • Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel
  • May precept student nurses and new hires
Requirements
  • BSN from an accredited nursing program
  • Proper licensure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Neuro RN
