Job Responsibilities

As a CNA at Interim HealthCare Staffing, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and hygiene support to patients
• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
• Ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Vital sign monitoring, medication management, and documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An active Michigan Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• A compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
