Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of respiratory care plans.
  • Evaluate residents for treatment planning and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Implement physician's orders, administer medication, and communicate findings to residents and the team.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans, assist in resident admission, transfer, and discharge, and provide education to residents and families.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent.
  • Maintain current state licensure and be CRT or RRT certified.
  • Possess strong management and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
