We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Keeling Company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct customers, answer questions about products and services, and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Enter orders in the ERP system, pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with merchandising products, manage inventory, and perform other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Delivery and Logistics: May be required to make local deliveries to customers and ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure that the store and all its properties are upholding the expectations of the Keeling Company brand, including exceeding customer service expectations, cleanliness, atmosphere, and high energy.
Requirements:
  • A current or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. from the floor
  • Forklift certification provided by Keeling Company
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Ability to use the computer for email, invoicing, and inventory management
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Prior sales, warehousing, and/or delivery experience
  • Pass a required Drug and Background check
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required
