About the Role

The Heavy Vehicle Operator Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our bus fleet. This includes performing pre-trip inspections, coordinating detour and incident information, and assisting customers with disabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures. If you have experience managing heavy vehicle operations and promoting customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate detour and incident information to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist customers with disabilities to provide a positive travel experience.
