Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in our Milford, CT location. As a Thriveworks therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field
  • Current licensure in Connecticut (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
