We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Gold Crest Care Center, a 5-star rated rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in the Bronx. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water and extra nourishment between meals.
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, including providing bedpans, assisting with baths, shampoos, and showers.
  • Provide adjunct care, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
  • Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.
  • Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards.
