Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Respiratory Sales Representative to cover the states of Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. This role requires a dynamic professional with a background in the healthcare industry and a passion for working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product lines in assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local sales representatives and end-users.
  • Conduct in-services and educational programs, address customer product inquiries and objections.
  • Develop and implement target planning systems, analyze reports, and identify large strategic opportunities.
  • Consistently follow up and update progress, creating effective action plans to close business.
  • Analyze competitor data and pricing, negotiate and review humidifier agreements.
  • Travel extensively within assigned territories, approximately 90% of the time.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and competitor research to remain at the forefront of medical device technology in the Respiratory market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience selling Respiratory products or as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective communication with sales organizations and customers.
