  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and develop project plans to meet those objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
