We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Hair Stylist to join our team at Hair Cuttery Family of Brands. As a key member of our salon, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional hair care services while enjoying high earning potential.
Salary and BenefitsThe hourly range for this role is $30-$40, with top performers able to earn more than $40 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer excellent commission opportunities, reaching up to 75% of sales. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life and disability insurance.
Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing expert hair care services to our clients, including cuts, colors, and styling. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and deliver exceptional guest service.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US. You should also have basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application.
