Your Role with Us:

  • As a Full-time position, you will work a 4 or 5 day week with 1:8 call responsibilities
  • You will join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting
  • Examine patients, obtain medical histories, and treat acute and chronic illnesses

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA
  • Active CT license
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
