Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment using chain and cable hoists, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain drive systems, including material systems and fabrication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and tool skills, with ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in a variety of conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime and emergency call-in or call-back work as needed.
