Gatehouse Attendant

As a Gatehouse Attendant at KW Property Management & Consulting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, while maintaining the security and integrity of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greets residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provides informational assistance and directs traffic within the community
• Records all traffic entering the property via the access control system
• Observes, records, and communicates actions, activities, incidents, and information of interest to management, security, or the front desk personnel
• Completes all necessary paperwork and ensures reports are legible and in order
• Maintains a clean and organized gatehouse environment
• Ensures only authorized personnel have access to the community

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a Gatehouse employee
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Bilingual Spanish

Work Environment:

This position is often located away from the management office and may be located in a small structure. The working environment may be indoors or outdoors.

The employee is required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
