2. Collaborate with physicians to address any questions or concerns regarding patient treatment and care.
3. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions in the medical record, whether in-person or via telecommunication.
4. Partner with physicians and colleagues to develop clinical standards, objectives, and safety protocols, while ensuring quality assurance and effective use of clinical resources.
5. Engage with patients through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, discussing medication refills, scheduling appointments, and reviewing lab results.
6. Educate and promote health maintenance practices to patients and their families.
7. Serve as a role model and mentor for clinical staff and other advanced practice healthcare professionals.
