Clean and Comfortable Living Environment

Terrabella Windsor Lake is seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the community, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices, are clean and well-maintained.

  • Cleaning Duties
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures and facilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance
  • Maintain equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Laundry Services
  • Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry, as well as maintain the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Report any needed repairs and supply and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Language Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
  • Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to sit.
