Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a role focused on Identity and Access Management Architecture utilizing contemporary enterprise authentication and access control technologies.
At least four (4) years of experience leading IAM development efforts for extensive enterprise applications.
A total of eight (8) years of IT experience delivering solutions and integrations within a substantial technology enterprise framework.
Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
Hands-on expertise in architecting solutions with two or more leading IAM providers such as Azure Active Directory, Oracle OAIM, and ForgeRock.
Proven ability in performance management and capacity planning for large-scale enterprise applications.
In-depth understanding of modern enterprise architecture and practical experience with Enterprise Application frameworks.
Comprehensive knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Risk-Based Authentication.
Capability to translate business strategies and project portfolios into both short-term and long-term architectural plans, detailed requirements, and models.
Strong grasp of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to understand and utilize the functions and capabilities of emerging technologies.
Competence in estimating time and resource needs for various tasks and determining which can be executed concurrently or sequentially.
Methodical approach with adherence to documented procedures and guidelines.
Commitment to maintaining thorough and consistent documentation of processes, architecture, and solutions.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities with effective prioritization skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently assess reported issues, document findings, and propose solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, as well as senior management.
Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
Educational Background and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Cyber Security Certification.
CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are advantageous.
