Position Overview

The MRI Technologist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to patients, ensuring that all procedures are conducted in accordance with established protocols and under the supervision of a Radiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
  • Adjust imaging parameters to effectively visualize various anatomical structures, including soft tissues, the arterial system, the brain, spine, joints, and extremities, utilizing contrast media as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited AMA program is preferred.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) is preferred.
  • Possession of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT is preferred.
  • Must maintain a valid State License as a general radiographer.
Work Schedule
  • Shift hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • On-call duty: One night of weekday on-call will be required, likely on Friday.
