Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to consumers, including assistance with daily living activities, behavior management, and crisis intervention.">
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each consumer.">
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consumer progress and treatment plans.">
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid California Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record.">
  • A Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate.">
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
