About the Role- Oversee all aspects of pediatric care, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our therapy team while ensuring the highest level of care for our young patients.
- Lead and manage all pediatric physical therapy services in our outpatient setting, focusing on providing exceptional care to children with a wide range of physical conditions, including sports injuries, developmental delays, and orthopedic issues.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall function, and helping children achieve their maximum potential.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- NYS Licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of pediatric physical therapy experience, with a strong background in managing pediatric cases, including sports injuries, developmental conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with patients, parents, medical professionals, and team members.
