Position Overview

Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure alignment with performance targets and objectives.
- Identify and resolve process issues, coordinating necessary mechanical and electrical repairs with the Maintenance Department.
- Evaluate resource capacity and utilization, establishing workspace requirements and optimizing equipment layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including routings, work measurement standards, and work instructions.
- Lead initiatives in scrap reduction, minimizing rework, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Contribute to new product development and launches, utilizing APQP tools to ensure manufacturability and successful execution.
- Promote and implement LEAN manufacturing principles, including training and facilitating continuous improvement activities.
- Manage capital programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Proactive in seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve objectives.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
