Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The Inpatient Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient hospital setting.

This role involves evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and plans of care for patients admitted to the inpatient unit.

Create, implement and modify tailored therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and achieve their therapy goals.

Provide direct physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, patient and family education, and use of therapeutic modalities.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PT), and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who can work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
