About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Collections Division as a Summer Associate. This 12-week internship program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in debt recovery and collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support LCR Counselors and Recoveries portfolio with administrative duties
  • Gather and compile data for account research purposes
  • Review and maintain recovery files, including internal documents and communication with outside vendors
  • Prepare debt sale buyback files and coordinate with buyers
  • Partner with other business units to improve procedures and implement initiatives
Requirements
  • Ability to review and analyze written material
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain accuracy with attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
