Logistics Coordinator

This Logistics Coordinator role involves assisting with the smooth flow of all warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for specialized tasks in receiving, inventory, and order processing within our primary work location in the freezer.

• Participate in department meetings focusing on safety, quality, and productivity issues.
• Work closely with transport drivers to ensure timely receipt of incoming loads.
• Verify receiving documentation accuracy.
• Adhere to the approved warehouse layout for product, packaging, and equipment storage.
• Loading pallets requires ensuring stability and security.
• Meet cost-effective standards for all warehouse activities.
• Employ good housekeeping practices, including spill cleanup and hazard reporting.
• Familiarize yourself with established safety rules, signs, and tags.
• Operate the forklift, pallet jack, and other essential powered equipment correctly.
• Inspect products for quality and rotate stock accordingly.
• Master reading and using pick tickets for order fulfillment.
• Confirm return label approval before restocking products.
• Execute assigned HACCP plans.
• Guarantee complete product reception, rotation, and staging.
• Report equipment issues and maintain regular preventive maintenance.
• Conduct emergency replenishments to meet customer demands.
