We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Custodial Worker to join our team at Nobis Works Headquarters. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate with facilities management to ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, facilities management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in custodial or facilities maintenance role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
