Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Custodial Worker to join our team at Nobis Works Headquarters. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate with facilities management to ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements
