Job Title: RN Administrator - Home Health Operations Leader

Job Summary:

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced RN Administrator to lead our Home Health operations in the NYC area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clinical services and operations for our established location in Jericho, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Home Health operations in the territory
  • Oversight of directly reporting staff
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes

Requirements:

  • Medicare Home Health clinical leadership experience
  • Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM
  • RN is required
  • Must be able to see patients if needed
